Free shipping for orders over 399€ by using the code FREESHIPPING at checkout.

Cost of shipping for orders below 399€ is 30€.

Delivery

Items are shipped to you directly by Il Perseo Leather using tracked delivery. After you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation in your inbox, and once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an additional email with an updated tracking number.

Duties and Taxes

We include the cost of duties and taxes in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees if you are located in the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

If you are ordering from outside the destinations listed above, the price you pay to Il Perseo Leather will exclude all relevant duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will be responsible for paying any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order.

Returns process

We hope you love the items you purchase from us but If you are not completely satisfied you have 14 days to send back the item and notify us of your return.

Please email us at ilperseoleather@gmail.com to begin the return process.
Please include the following information:

  • order number;

  • a short description of why you would like to return the item;

  • a picture of damaged item (if returning due to defective/damaged item).

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all tags attached and the original branded boxes and placed inside a protective outer shipping box. Unfortunately, our suppliers will not be able to accept any items that fail to meet these criteria.

Return shipping costs

You are responsible for packaging up the item and posting it back at your own cost. We recommend a signed-for delivery with proof of postage. We are not liable for any items damaged or lost during their return. The exception to this is when the item is faulty, in which case Il Perseo Leather is responsible for paying the costs of returning the item. Please inform us if you receive a faulty item as soon as possible by emailing ilperseoleather@gmail.com.

Any import taxes or duties you may have had to pay to receive an item cannot be refunded upon the return of that item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ilperseoleather@gmail.com.

Exchanges

Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original.
